Hello, I'm Jeff,
the Executive Director at Whispering Winds of Apple Valley.
As a native of Southern California, I’ve spent my life immersed in the sunny warmth and vibrant community that this beautiful region offers. I briefly moved to Northern California but was drawn back to the comforting familiarity of the lifestyle down south.
For over 15 years, I’ve been privileged to serve in the elder care industry, first providing Social Services in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) for a decade. Then, I found my true calling as an Executive Director in several Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). The role has been a fulfilling journey for the past five years.
I’m thrilled to bring my experience and dedication to Whispering Winds of Apple Valley. Here, I strive to create an environment that feels like home – warm, welcoming, and filled with laughter. It’s not just about offering exceptional assisted living and memory care. It’s about fostering a sense of belonging among residents and family members.
Away from my professional responsibilities, I am a proud husband and father. My wife, my rock for the past 23 years, and our two wonderful children, who are currently in college, fill my life with joy and purpose. My love for family isn’t confined to my own, though. At Whispering Winds, every resident becomes a part of our extended family.
In my personal time, you might find me singing in the choir or enjoying the great outdoors. These hobbies give me joy and influence my approach to leading our community. From spontaneous sing-alongs to planned outdoor excursions, I aim to make life at Whispering Winds a perfect blend of comfort, camaraderie, and happiness.

Our community is located on the Southern edge of the Mojave Desert. Hot spots for dining, shopping, fishing, golfing, and more mean endless entertainment for family visits or if you’d like to join other residents!
We are located close to banks, doctors’ offices such as Victor Valley Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, the 24-hour Desert Valley Medical Center and pharmacies nearby for any errands, visits or pick-ups necessary.
