Starting out as a CNA many years ago, I fell in love with providing hands-on care to seniors. Always striving to excel and learn more, I was promoted to business office manager where I developed my skills as a strong and motivating leader. Three years later, I was offered the position of Executive Director and an exciting new chapter began in my life. To become the leader of an amazing team that I called my family was a dream come true.
Today, I continue to bring my passion for seniors, positive energy, and motivating spirit with me to work every day.
My favorite quote is, “ When you truly love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.”

As a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, moving to senior living was a natural and challenging evolution from running hotels. Our team satisfaction comes from every smile and moment of joy from those we serve.
Sterling Court at Roseville is the “Goldilocks” of communities—not too big, not too small. It’s easy to get to know and spend quality time with each and every resident. The first thing I learned about our seniors is how competitive they are at trivia. As a person who loves competition, I fit right in.
We affectionately refer to Sterling Court at Roseville as a cruise ship without the waves. We pride ourselves on excellent cuisine, a variety of daily activities, and special events—including live entertainment. We create an environment that encourages active participation and positive socialization.
